Terms & Conditions
To book a deposit of $200 is required.
The balance of the payment is due 14 days prior to arrival for Low Seasons and 28 days for High Seasons.
CANCELLATION POLICY and BOND
High Seasons
If the booking is canceled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a refund less an administration fee of $50.00.
If the booking is canceled less than 28 days prior to the date of arrival, no refund will be available.
Low Seasons
If the booking is canceled 14 days or more prior to the planned arrival date, there will be a refund less an administration fee of $50.
If the booking is canceled less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival, no refund will be available.
Short Notice Bookings
Where a booking is made less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and
until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $50.00 will be
deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
SECURITY BOND
As a policy, we do ask for a refundable bond payment of $200 to cover accidents and incidentals.
This is required to be paid at the same time as the outstanding balance of your Booking.
It will be credited back to you once our property has been inspected and deemed left in a similar state to your arrival.
We agree to ensure this occurs within 3-4 working days of your departure. Please note that nearly 100% of our guests
received their bond back in full in the past.
