It is a 3 bedroom home, tastefully renovated, boasting wood fire, electric blankets, and reverse cycle air conditioning. Sleeping up to 6 people it includes one bathroom with seperate toilet, seperate dining room, fully equipped kitchen and all the comforts of home.
Opposite Hay's FREE 50 metre swimming pool and close to Hills Corner Store and Hay Bowling & Golf Club, this is a great location. There is one main bedroom containing a queen bed, a 2nd bedroom containing a queen and a single bed, and a third bedroom containing a single bed. Enjoy a cuppa on the front verandah in the morning sun - very relaxing!
