YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CONFIRMED BY CONFIRMATION E-MAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS ONCE WE HAVE DEBITED YOUR CREDIT CARD.

PRE PAYMENT
All online bookings require full payment at the time of booking. This will be debited from your credit card that is provided on the booking form.

SUITES
The layout and furnishings vary from suite to suite. All requests cannot be guaranteed.

CANCELLATION POLICY/ REFUNDS
PACKAGES, SPECIALS & DISCOUNTED RATES
Packages and Specials are non-refundable and dates cannot be changed. All special deals are exclusive and cannot be combined with any other Special or Package. Only one special is permitted per reservation.

FULL RATE BOOKINGS
Low Season
For bookings cancelled 8 days or more prior to the confirmed arrival date, the deposit will be refunded by means of a Trust Account cheque less a $75 cancellation fee, at the end of the month. If cancelling within 7 days of arrival or once in-house, the deposit will be forfeited.
High Season
For bookings cancelled 31 days or more prior to the confirmed arrival date, the deposit will be refunded as above. If cancelling within 30 days of the confirmed arrival date or once in-house, the deposit will be forfeited.
For all bookings with one or more nights in high season, the high season policy will apply.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check in time is 2:00PM Eastern Standard Time
Check out time is 10:00AM Eastern Standard Time

On arrival, we require an imprint of a credit card as security against rental and extra charges. All charges must be finalised on departure. If a credit card is not available we shall require full payment for all rental monies on arrival, as well as a $200 cash security deposit. Please be aware that functions are not permitted in the suite. *Please note: Cheques will not be accepted on arrival or departure.
