The following cancellation policies apply:
Over 3 weeks – Full refund
1 - 3 weeks prior to arrival,deposit held over for six months
2 - 7 days prior to arrival during peak periods,full deposit (50% of booking) forfeited.
2 - 7 days prior to arrival in non peak periods, 50 % deposit forfeited unless transferring booking.
Non Arrival or same day cancellation will incur full tariff for one day plus 50% of balance of stay booked.
NB: Every effort will be made to rebook the Studio,if this is achieved a full refund minus $40 admin fee will be made
