PLEASE NOTE: As Kim Management Pty Ltd acts on behalf of the individual unit owners under the Property Agents & Motor Dealers Act 2000, there is no GST applicable to accommodation at M on Mary Apartment Hotel.

Please add in COMMENTS section any charge back details, if car park/s are required ($30 per night), roll away beds ($33 per night), preferred bedding configuration, cots/highchair ($15 per night), breakfast voucher ($14.50 each) etc. Confirmation will be emailed back within 24 hours. Rates are for 2 people for 1 bedroom units and 6 people for 3 bedrooms units.

I understand that I give authority to my debit my credit card for any outstanding accommodation costs, incidentals and or damage/loss occurred to the apartment during my stay at M on Mary Apartment Hotel. A credit card Surcharge fee will be taken from a Visa and Mastercard of 1.5% and Amex and Diners Club 3.5%, by ticking to agree to the above terms and conditions you are agreeing to this surcharge being taken off your credit card.

This website sells accommodation from an inventory list supplied by an availability checking program, and does not over-sell that inventory. M on Mary does not accept any liability for unavailability of rooms sold but will endeavour to contact the guest immediately, make alternative arrangements, compensate the guest and/or provide other accommodation to the guests satisfaction.

M on Mary makes its best efforts to ensure that the information available on this web site is accurate. However, M on Mary cannot and does not guarantee that this site is free from errors or faults. If your booking seems too good to be true we recommend that you contact our hotel reception immediately to confirm this booking.

M on Mary does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and packages published on the site at any time.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure your requested room type is available, we cannot guarantee the actual bedding configuration of the room. These requests are forwarded to M on Mary and are subject to availability on day of check-in. All additional requests (balcony room, etc) are also subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by M on Mary.

You must be at least 18 years of age to book Accommodation on M on Mary.

M on Mary offers on this website are not commissionable to registered travel agents or other agents.

The customer is required to provide a credit card at check-in to cover incidental charges and is also required to provide photo ID.

No cancellations accepted, full penalties apply. Booking maybe able to be changed depending on value, availability and notice period given.

The supplied Credit Card will be charged the agreed rate upon confirmation emailed to the guest. Non refundable should the guest which to cancel or change this booking.

M on Mary shall not be liable to any guest for any loss, damage, or destruction to any property brought upon these premises by the said guests or invitees. Without limiting the forgoing personal property shall include money, jewellery and other personal effects and motor vehicles parked on the premises, Travel Insurance is recommended.

Guests and invitees are expected to behave in a manner which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other of other guests and residents within the property. A breach of any hotel rules or local laws may result in the eviction of the offender/s at the discretion of the Manager. We observe a strict no party policy.

No animals or pets are to be brought into the complex. The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose.

We ask you return all key cards to the reception desk upon departure. A charge of $55 will automatically be charged to your credit card should we not receive them.
