Payments are accepted by all major credit cards, EFTPOS or cash.

Credit card details will be taken upon booking as a guarantee for the room only. Guests are required to pay thier account upon check-in with a valid credit card.

Cash, EFTPOS & Credit Debit card payments must be made in advance and must be accompanied by a $150.00 cash refundable security bond.

Bookings are not accepted without a valid credit card unless pre-paid.

A full refund is available for cancellations made by 2.00pm on the day prior to arrival (24 hours notice) with the exception of Back to Basics room reservations.

No refund is available for cancellations made after this time.

Changes to bookings are able to be made up to 2.00pm on the day of arrival at no charge.

Back to Basics bookings cancellations incur a 100% cancellation fee and no changes are possible.
