Terms & Conditions

A deposit of $100 is required at the time of making the booking (unless otherwise arranged with management). This is to secure the booking. Upon payment a confirmation letter is sent confirming the booked accommodation. In instances where the accommodation bill exceeds $1000 a higher deposit may be required.
You will be required to provide ID at check-in as well as a valid credit card (Mastercard or Visa). Cash paying guests will need to pay a security bond of $100 either via cash or debit card. Please note that a debit card is not classified as a credit card and you may be required to pay the $100 bond for guests where the company is paying only some of the charges (by prearrangement). You will be required to present a personal credit card or pay a $100 cash bond to guarantee incedental charges.

Cancellations:
LOW SEASON
If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $50.
If the booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless, and until, the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. If rebooked, an administration fee of $50 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
MID / HIGH SEASON
If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $50.
If the booking is cancelled 28 days or less prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $50 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.

No part refunds are made for early departure.

All refunds are at discretion of management
