To make a reservation we do require payment of first nights Accommodation.
For the Christmas/New Year/Easter Holidays, we require 50% payment of the total amount of your Accommodation costs prior to your arrival, and payment upon arrival for the balance.

Conditions of stay

When planning your stay, please be aware that our check-in time is from 2:00 pm and the check out time on your day of departure is 10:00 am. Should you require times earlier or later, they are subject to availability and may incur an additional day use charge.

In the event of your plans being changed, with more than 7 days notice will receive a full credit, less a service charge of $25.00. If less than 7 days notice of cancellation is received, full deposit is forfeited.

PEAK TIME CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations advised more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full credit* less a service charge of $50.00. This credit may be transferred to an alternative date within 12 months of the original booking (*NO cash refund). Cancellations advised within 14 days of arrival date will be subject to a cancellation charge of the first nights accommodation, or forfeiture of full depopsit if we are unable to relet for the full period of the booking.
