Deposits And Payment Policy:

To confirm your reservations we require a current valid credit card, and a deposit payment equal to 1 nights’ accommodation.
The balance of accommodation costs are payable on arrival.
If paying in cash, a key security bond will be required upon arrival which is the equivalent of one nights' accommodation.
Cheques are not accepted as payment for accommodation unless received, banked and cleared 10 days prior to arrival as a full pre-paid deposit.
All major credit cards are accepted.

Within 7 days prior to date of arrival: A fee equivalent to 2 nights accommodation will be charged if the apartment has not been booked for due date of arrival. If the apartment is booked for the equivalent period no fee will apply.
Cancellation of the portion of the booked accommodation after arrival: a fee equivalent to one nights' accommodation will apply.
Non-arrival of booked accommodation a fee equivalent to 2 nights accommodation will apply.
Any cancellation fees or charges will be automatically be charged to the credit card associated with the booking, or deducted from any deposits received.
