Terms & Conditions

A deposit of $300.00 per room is required to confirm your booking - balance payable on arrival. One & two night stays require the full amount to be paid at time of reservation. A credit card / debit card is required for security on the apartment at time of check-in from which pre-authorision or payment of $300-$500 will be processed and released upon departure less any outstanding charges.

If cancelled more than 7 days before arrival date, deposit will be refunded less an $35.00 administration fee. If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date, deposit will be forfeited.
