Terms & Conditions

1. Scope
All terms and conditions herein govern & construe all reservations made through our online hotel reservation system.

2. Acceptance
Guests who have placed reservations via the hotel’s online reservation system are assumed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions herein.

3. Confirmed Reservations
Reservations are considered confirmed once Confirmation Report with Manila Hotel’s Reference Number has been sent to the guest’s e-mail account. If a guest has not received a Confirmation Report within 24 hours after placing a reservation, he must give Manila Hotel a call at (632) 5270011 to report this immediately.

4. Cancellation/Modification/ No-show
With the exception of the book and buy room packages which cannot be cancelled upon reservation, Manila Hotel requires any cancellation or modification to be made at least 48 hours prior to the property’s check-in time (1400 hours Manila Time GMT +8 [2:00PM]) to avoid forfeiting the cancellation fee of one night charge of the booking.

The Hotel shall consider the reservation as cancelled/no-show if the guest has not checked-in on the first day of the reservation by 1800 hours Manila Time (6:00PM), unless a later time of arrival has been previously indicated.

Any change made to guest reservations has to be communicated to Manila Hotel in writing either by fax sent to (632) 5279467/68 or via email to resvn@manila-hotel.com.ph with the reference number indicated in the letter.

5. Payment / Guarantee Policy
Room reservations in Manila Hotel are guaranteed by a credit card provided at the time of booking. Payment is directly made in Manila Hotel on departure date of guest with the exception of the book and buy special packages. In cases of no-show and cancellation past the allowed cancellation period, the hotel is authorized to charge cancellation/no-show fee to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

6. Check-In/Checkout Time
Check-in time shall be after 2:00PM (local time) and checkout time shall be before 12:00noon (local time) on the relevant day. Any request for early check-in, or late check-out, will be subject to room availability and charges. Subject in the foregoing, no request for early check-ins will be entertained unless such request is made no later than 18 hours before the proposed time of early check-ins.

7. Day Use Policy/Late Checkout
The Hotel shall charge 50% of the room rate for any checkout at or after 12:00noon (local time) but before 6:00pm (local time), and the full room rate for any checkout at or after 6:00pm (local time). This clause shall not, in any case, apply to the first day/night of use of the relevant room, for which the full contracted room rate shall be payable.

8. Family Plans
Children who are under 12 years of age or younger will not be charged for sharing the same room as the parent(s) subject to the existing bedding arrangement of a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children to a room. Children who are 12 years of age and above shall be considered adults for the purposes of all reservations and payment.

9. Privacy Policy
All information provided in guest reservation is private and confidential and will not be disclosed, under any circumstances, to third parties for whatever reason or purpose.

10. Online Promotions
Online promotions or other packages available via Manila Hotel website may have special terms and conditions indicated in the room description. These special terms & conditions will therefore be imposed to promotional or package reservations by guest.
