The credit card to secure the booking will be charged for all the accommodation charges at time of booking. A pre authorisation will be taken on checkin or a $200 cash surety must be given (not eftpos). Photo ID will be required on check in.
Please note American Express incures a 3.5% surcharge on final account.
No refund will be given if booking is cancelled with in 48 hours of arrival - a $50.00 fee will apply if cancelled outside the 48 hours period.
A valid credit card & photo ID will be required on arrival.
All rates are single, twin or double occupancy. Any extra guest is $20 per person per night using existing bedding - Please note if guest/s use sofa beds in Gold rooms a $20 surcharge applies per night for twin occupancy.
