Please note that:
No Cancellations and Amendments are allowed for any special packages and promotions. All other bookings can be amended and cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival without a penalty charge. Within 7 days from the day of arrival no cancellations, amendments or refunds are allowed.

A 7 day Cancellation policy is applicable for any therapeutic treatments booked in our private Day Spa, at Darley’s Restaurant, Echoes Restaurant or our Lounge. Any outstanding charges shall be charged directly to the guest account on departure accordingly.

If you fail to cancel a booking and do not check-in in accordance with the booking made, you will be charged for up to the full amount of the booking made.
