Terms & Conditions
To secure your booking payment must be made in full by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). This will secure your reservation and is not transferable or refundable.
Payment for Telephone charges will be charged to the creditcard nominated with your booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All reservations cancelled within 10 days of arrival will be charged in full (unless we secure another booking for the period). All bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival will attract a 25% cancellation fee. If a cancellation fee applies this will be charged to the credit card number supplied to secure your booking.
MOTEL POLICY & GUEST ACCEPTANCE
These conditions are set out in the "Check In Form" completed when you arrive.
