Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for bookings of four nights or more and for bookings of multiple rooms. For all other bookings full payment is taken on arrival.

Cancellation Policy: A fee of 25% applies to bookings cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival date, 50% within 14 days and 100% within 7 days.

Arrival and Departure: Check in is from 2pm-6pm. Check in outside of these hours must be arranged prior to arrival. Check out is 10am.
