Holly Gate House B&B

Be spoilt in this unique bed and breakfast situated in the heart of the Dandenong Ranges near Sky High Mt Dandenong. Treat yourself to a session in our onsite Sauna and Hot Tub Retreat whilst staying in one of our three beautifully appointed rooms, relax by the log fire in winter whilst sipping a glass of wine or laze by our solar heated pool in summer.

Children or pets are not accommodated on the property at any time.

Inclusions: Light afternoon tea on arrival, fully cooked or continental breakfast, complimentary transport to and from any local restaurant or function venue in the Dandenong Ranges. NOTE: We have one condition in regard to transport - we do not pick up past midnight (most functions finish at 11pm or 11:30pm). The only concession to picking up past midnight is New Years Eve and by arrangement only. If you are not sure, please check with Loraine before making a booking.

If you require the use of the outside pool, BBQ or Sauna and Hot Tub Spa Retreat, extra fees apply - please contact us prior to your arrival to organise usage.

Check-In - After 3:00pm (unless other arrangements have been made with your host). If you require an earlier check-in please contact your host on 03 9728 3218 - we will try to accommodate earlier check ins where possible.

Check-Out - 10:00 am - If a later check-out is required an extra $25.00 will be requested - (Late checkouts must be agreed with the hosts beforehand just in case it impacts on new guests arrival times. We are happy to accommodate late checkout where possible).

CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT OF BOOKING: Your payment receipt will be emailed to you. Our acceptance of your booking is conditional upon you agreeing to abide by our terms & conditions.

Full payment is required at time of booking, unless other arrangements have been made with your host.

Our acceptance of your booking is conditional upon you agreeing to abide by our full terms & conditions, so please take the time to read these. A full copy is available on our website.

Bookings made directly to Holly Gate House and subsequently cancelled prior to 7 days of arrival date will have the payment refunded less a $40 administration fee.

Forfeiture of first night booking fee for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival. No show forfeiture of total booking fee.
