Payment of HILLS HAVENS holiday accommodation rental fee constitutes the clients acceptance of these full terms, conditions and policies.

1. 50% deposit is required at time of booking, or full amount within 14 days of arrival date...balance due 14 days prior to arrival date.

2. Bookings made within 14 days of arrival date, full tariff applies at time/to confirm the booking.
3. Please email or phone if you would prefer to pay the deposit by moneyorder or bank/Internet transfer.
4. MasterCard/Visa details will be required by way of security for all bookings.
5. A confirmation letter will be sent detailing address, key pick up and all other necessary information for your stay.

TRANSFER of BOOKINGS
1. $50 fee is payable to transfer a booking to another date.
2. A transfered booking within 21 days of arrival date is considered a cancellation, and cancellation conditions will apply (see below). We will make every effort to re-book the booking dates and if successful, it will be considered a transfer of dates and a $50 administration fee will apply.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
Cancellations 21 days or less to your arrival date, no refund of deposit can be made, unless we obtain another booking for that entire period booked...if the entire dates are re-sold the deposit will be refunded, less $50 administration fee will apply.

NO refund of tariff for early departures or un-used nights, unless we obtain another booking for the nights not used.

Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival date or NO show, full tariff applies.

We suggest travel insurance for all guests to provide protection against loss due to unforeseen circumstances.

No SMOKING ALLOWED INDOORS.
No PETS ALLOWED.
ANY breakages/damage to the cottages will be paid in full by the guest.
CANDLE WAX on any surface outside candle holders supplied, fees will apply for removal, or if surfaces need to be replaced/sanded and re surfaced due to burning and wax scolding.
For any hot/cold/wet crockery/cups/saucepans/cooking utensils/implements left on timber furnishings, or cutting on bench tops, furniture, floors, bath, rugs and any timber surface's the full damage or replacement cost will apply, plus any burns to rugs, furniture, furnishings, curtains full damage or replacement costs will apply.
ALL washing up to be done and put away and pots/pans and fry pans to be clean with no burn/scorch marks left...failure to leave the kitchen as found, a fee of $50 per hour applies for additional cleaning.
CHECK IN TIME is from 3PM
CHECK OUT TIME is on or before 11AM, failure to check out by 11AM a fee of $50 per hour applies or part there of, to cover cleaners waiting time.
The NUMBER of GUESTS should not exceed the number of guests stated on the confirmation/booking form...additional fee of $50 per person per night will apply for excess guests not notified to the owners/operators in advance, or on arrival of stay.
Hair dyes/dying of hair....fees will apply for additional cleaning or replacement of linen/towels due to hair dye on these items.
We leave enough fire wood for guests and if run and follow the instructions correctly there will be sufficient...additional fire wood is an additional charge.
OWNERS/OPERATORS take no responsibility for the clients property left on the premises...COD postage and handling fees will apply to return items left by guests.
