Terms & Conditions

If you expect to arrive after 8pm, please contact the motel to notify us of your arrival time after completing your booking so arrangements can be made for a late key.

Please provide valid credit card details with your booking. A charge of the first nights accommodation will be taken from these credit card details on the date of booking. The remaining amount of your booking is payable on arrival at the hotel.

If credit card details are found to be invalid, the motel will allow 48 hours for a new card to be given. If no charge can be made from the original or new card given, the booking will be cancelled.

If your booking is between 25th December and 5th January inclusive, a non-refundable deposit of two nights at the full rack rate will be taken when the booking is made.

Bookings made using AMEX (American Express) or Diners (Diners Club) will attract a 3% surcharge.

For bookings of 7 days or more, we require 7 days notice for cancellations else a charge will apply equivalent to one night at our full rate.

For all other bookings, we require 24-hours notice for cancellations else a charge will apply equivalent to one night at our full rate.
