A valid credit card must be submitted to make all bookings. Full payment for Reservation will be processed at time of booking. If the credit card is declined, your booking will NOT be confirmed.

Any cancellation must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty of one nights accommodation rate.
All reservations cancelled within 24 hours of arrival date or where the guest does not arrive (no show)- The full cost of the reservation will be charged. i.e. If a room is reserved for 5 nights and cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the full cost of the stay will be charged.
