Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking on our site.

Payment: Full payment for accommodation booked on this site is processed at the time of booking via a debit to your nominated credit card. The amount debited will (subject to the following) be the amount shown on our booking page. Depending on your credit card provider and the country in which your card was issued, your card provider may impose foreign exchange fees and other fees which are in accordance with that credit card provider.

CREDIT CARDS: Please Note: A 2% transaction fee applies to the total amount on all credit card transactions.

Requirements on Check-in: Your credit card details are securely stored in our database and due to government regulations, these are deleted after your stay. The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age. In addition, to eliminate identity fraud, we will ask you to provide photo ID at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity. A record and/or copy of this photo ID is retained to minimise the risk of fraudulent credit card usage and for verification purposes with your credit card provider in the event of disputation.

Late Check In: Please contact reception the day prior to check in should you be arriving outside of the normal office hours.

Liability: Without affecting any of your statutory rights that cannot be lawfully excluded, we will not be liable for any losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (whatsoever and irrespective of whether direct, indirect, consequential) arising from the use of or connected with our site or any products or services purchased on our site.

Changes to Bookings
* Provided 14 day’s notice is given, we can honour this request. However booking can only be changed once from the original booking dates.

Cancellations
* 14 days+ notice: Refund of monies paid (excluding credit card transaction fees) less administration fee of $30

* Within 14 days from arrival date: No refund of monies paid.
