Terms & Conditions

Payment for the first 3 nights accommodation is required at the time of booking. Should you wish to pay more than this, please add a message in the booking notes. No cheques accepted. Should you arrive outside of reception hours, we reserve the right to charge the same credit card, the balance of payment.

On arrival, all guests are required to provide current valid photographic identification. A bond of $250.00 is required per apartment. This can be paid by Credit Card pre-authorisation. On return of the apartment keys and payment of incidentals, the security bond will then be refunded providing the apartment has been left clean and tidy with no damage.

Check In is after 2.00pm & Check Out is by 10.00am. Should you decide to depart prior to your intended day of departure, there is no refund.

Whilst every effort is made to satisfy all requests, we are unable to guarantee such requests. Upon check in, you will be allocated the most appropriate apartment available.
