All bookings must be guarenteed by credit card. Pre Authorisations will be made against the card on check in. In the event you wish to pay by cash at check in then the whole amount must be paid plus a bond. The bond will be refunded at check out less any charges. For cash paying guest photo ID must be presented.
Reception hours are 0700 to 2100 hours. For anyone arriving outside of these hours contact must be made with the motel by 1900 hours on the day of arrival.
Any cancellation received within 24 hours prior to the day of arrival will be charged the equivalent to ones nights accommodation.
Cancellations for event periods must be received within 7 days prior to arrival. An event period is noted by minimum stay requirements.
