Payment Policy:

The credit card used to make this online reservation has NOT been charged. This credit card has been used to guarantee the reservation only. On check in the guest will need to provide a current valid credit card. The Hotel Reception will process a pre-authorisation on
this card per Hotel policy and take payment for accommodation accordingly. Final payment for all other incidentals is required upon departure.

If this booking has been made by a company on their employees behalf and the company would like the hotel to charge a corporate credit card for their employees stay, a credit card authorisation must be faxed to the hotel prior to the guests arrival. The fax must state what charges the company will accept ie room only, room and meals, etc. Please fax 08 8920 3344.

The guest may be required to provide photo identification and/or a cash deposit.

All prices shown are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. All room rates are nett.

In the event of damage to the room/s, the credit card provided as security will be charged without notice.

All rates quoted are per room, per night based on single/double/twin occupancy. Additional guests (including children aged 4 and above) are charged the additional guest charge of AUD$45.00 per person, per night.

Child Policy: Infant 0 - 3 years stay for free when using existing bedding. Cots are available for AUD$19.50 per night which is payable to the hotel direct.

Rydges Darwin Airport Resort reserves the right to relocate any booking to a hotel of same standard. All bookings are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation fee of 1 nights accommodation will be charged if the booking is not cancelled 24 hours prior to the day of arrival.

If you fail to arrive at the hotel the credit card provided online will be debited for the first night of the reservation and the reservation cancelled.

All times shown as local Hotel times. Due to the flight arrival and departure times in Darwin you must book for the previous night should you be arriving before 9am. (For example if your flight arrives at 01.30am Friday morning, you must book from Thursday night).
