To Book Culburra Beachhouse we require a 50% deposit payed by credit card or direct deposit, cheque and postal order are also accepted. The deposit only will be taken from our credit card, not the full amount. Please allow 12 hours for confirmation of your booking and payment to go through. We will let you know asap if there has been a problem with your booking or payment. The balance is due 1 week prior to you arrival and access details and instructions will be provided on receipt of the balance. Whilst we do not charge a fee on Visa or Mastercard a 3% surcharge is applied to American Express payments. Extra adults charges are payable over 4 adults at $25 per person per night and kids are $15 per person per night. Linen can be supplied for $10 a head flat rate for the stay (Sheets, towels and pillowcases). Extra adults staying are subject to a 2 night min charge. Credit card payments can be made up to $1000. Direct deposit details can be requested and credit card detail submitted will only be used for bond purposes. If you do wish to use credit card payments over $1000 a 2% charge will be applied.

Our cancellation policy is as follows- 10% handling fee on the booking amount if deposit is paid and cancelled prior to 30 days of the booking, no charge for alterations to dates of booking.
If cancelled within 30 days and before 7 days prior to the booking and dates cannot be filled by another party, deposit is not refunded.
If cancelled within 7 days and balance has been paid and dates cannot be filled, no refund will be available.
