AMEX INCURS A 3.5% SURCHARGE

If reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival the deposit will be retained by the property. If cancelled outside of 14 days then the deposit will be refunded less $100 administration fee. In the event of a no show the deposit will not be refunded. Change of dates or reduction of nights is treated the same as a cancellation.
