The Claremont is a 77-room budget bed and breakfast Guest House in the heart of Melbourne's trendy fashion strip, South Yarra. Located 100 metres from Chapel St, we are surrounded by many café's, restaurants, bars, night clubs and retail boutique's.

All rooms are simply furnished, bed linen and towels provided, rooms serviced weekly, TV, wall heater, fan, desk and chair. Ample clean bathrooms are located close by in the corridors.

48 hours notice (prior to 6pm day of arrival) is required to amend or cancel your booking without penalty.

If your booking is cancelled/amended within 48 hours of arrival or you do not check-in on your expected arrival date, the Claremont Guest House will retain the deposit paid as a cancellation / no show fee.
