1. No amount is charged to your card on booking. The full booking amount must be paid on check in.

2. If you are arriving before 7am or after 10pm please contact us beforehand to make arrangements.

3. Check-in from 2pm to 10pm.

4. Airport shuttle pick up is available from 7am to 7pm only.

Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made a minimum 72 hours before booking date.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of booking date will be charged one nights fee.

Guests that do not stay on the night of the booking will be charged one nights fee.
