Please ensure you read and agree with the terms and conditions listed below. City Lodge Accommodation accepts your reservation subject to the following terms and conditions. By ticking the box provided you accept all terms and conditions stated.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You must supply a valid Credit Card number at time of booking. You must be the authorized signatory and have full authority to use the credit card as guarantee and/or method of payment.

During check in a valid Credit Card with the authorized signatory must be present or a refundable cash bond will be taken for security. Conditions apply for the refundable deposit.

Non Refundable Bookings please refer to the cancellations Terms and Conditions below - no cancellations and amendments permitted.

A cancellation charge will be imposed if you cancel all or part of your reservation within 24 hours prior to arrival. In case of a no show the room will be held until 10:30am following the day of arrival and will incur the full cancellation charge. It is your responsibility to contact City Lodge. Cancellations may be made by contacting Reservations by emailing to info@citylodge.co.nz, or phone 0800 76 66 86 (within New Zealand) or +64 9 379 6183. The cancellation charge is the full amount of the first night’s accommodation you have booked.

By accepting these terms and conditions you as the authorized card holder authorize City Lodge to charge the cancellation fee to the card number entered in case of late cancellation or no show.

City Lodge reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove sections of this website and these terms and conditions at any time without notice or liability. If you are a regular user of our online booking application we recommend that you check this website and these terms and conditions on a regular basis, as it is not the responsibility of City Lodge to inform you of any changes and any future reservations you make will be made subject to the terms and conditions which apply at the time a booking is made. City Lodge Accommodation retains the right to relocate any bookings without notice to an equal quality accommodation.

NON REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS
100% of the total reservation amount will be charged to your credit card at the time of making the reservation on our City Lodge booking website.

NON REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS do not allow for any cancellations or amendments – no refund provided.

NON REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS that fail to arrive will be held until 10.30am on the following day of arrival. Failure to contact the hotel by 1030am following the date of arrival will result in your entire accommodation booking being cancelled with no refund issued.

The person registering at Check In must be a minimum 18 years of age and at least one adult of 18 years or older staying in booked accommodation room(s).

By ticking and accepting these terms and condition you as the authorized card holder permit City Lodge to charge the full accommodation amount to the card number entered at time of booking.
