Cancellation Fees:
* Cancellations outside 30 days of guest arrival - Nil fees
* Cancellations within 30 days of guest arrival subject to 50% of nett booking charge.
* Cancellations within 10 days of guest arrival subject to 100% of nett booking charge.
* No shows subject to 100% of nett booking charge.
A cancellation will only be deemed to have been made once we have acknowledged the cancellation in writing
(including fax or email).
