Non refundable 25% deposit required to book 5 nights or more, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. By providing your credit card details you are authorizing Gold Coast Holiday Services Pty Ltd to deduct both the deposit and the balance from provided credit card unless otherwise specified. Guests wishing to pay their balance via direct deposit must specify before the due date. If no specification has been made we/Gold Coast Holiday Services Pty Ltd have the right to charge the provided credit card for the balance amount.
bookings of 4 nights or less full payment is required upon booking and is non refundable and dates non changeable. Bookings of 2 nights or less will be required to pay a bond of $150 per person. A 2% merchant fee applies to all bookings online using Mastercards and Visa and a 4% merchant fee for American Express.

Reception Hours : Gold Coast Holiday Services Pty Ltd private apartments can be contacted on 07 55206200. Our mobile number is for onsite guests and arrivals only 0424188740. As these are private holiday apartments there is no access to the reception desk in the resort but we are on call 24hrs a day for any emergecy and of course we personally greet you at the resort upon checkin. Please note our arrivals staff leave at 6pm so arrivals between 6pm are $50 and after 9pm it is $100 which is payable to a representative of ours who will return to the resort at night to meet you. Arrivals after midnight will be required to book the extra day prior. Departures - please note checkout is strictly 9.30am, luggage cannot be left at reception but can be stored at the nearby transit centre for a nominal fee. Guests wishing to check out late should consider booking an extra night.

Bookings of 4 nights or less are non refundable and dates not transferable under any circumstances.

Bookings of 5 nights or more the deposit is non refundable. Balance of accommodation (not deposit) if paid prior to 1 calendar month is refundable however balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Balance non refundable inside 1 calendar month of arrival. Dates are not transferable. In the event you ask for a date transfer and we are able to assist you a $50 administration fee will apply.
