Chester’s Boutique Hotel is one of Australia's best innner-city contemporary design residences. It was designed by award winning architects Forgan-Smith Architects. We provide boutique accommodation and luxurious facilities for the discerning business and leisure traveller. Chester's has 10 elegantly decorated large and spacious rooms. Each room has a garden view, courtyard view or courtyard access.

Each of our 10 elegantly decorated, large and spacious rooms includes:

We are family owned and operated. You can expect personal service and attention to detail that only a small Boutique Hotel can offer. Chester's Boutique Hotel operates with a non-smoking policy and is not suitable for small children. Chester's is a small, private hotel and can only cater for and accommodate in-house guests. For the comfort and safety of all our guests,

Chester's is situated right in the heart of Brisbane's entertainment precinct, Fortitude Valley. From our front door it is a short walk to all of Brisbane & Fortitude Valley's prime locations.

-Chester's Hotel is a small Boutique Hotel so a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the check-in date is required for cancellations or changes.
-Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours days of check-in date will forfeit the 1st. cancelled or changed night.
-Cancellations or changes made during a stay of more than 1 day will forfeit total stay.
-Check-in time is 2.00 p.m. Check-out time is 11.00 a.m.
-Unfortunately we are unable to take Check-Ins after 9.00p.m. unless prior arrangements have been made.

-Chester's Boutique Hotel has been designed to cater for a maximum of 2 adults per room and is not suitable for young children.
