(1) WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
The prices quoted include all taxes and there are no hidden extras. The prices also included a wide range of complimentary extras including free daily beach and bath towels, beach chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas, inflatables, boogie boards and beach toys, free Wi-Fi in all rooms, ice maker, ice bucket to take with you to the beach or on tours, both wine and beer coolers, barbecue packs, dvd players and a good selection of movies, holiday books, IPOD speakers and complimentary laptops and ipads

(2) PAYMENT POLICY
Whilst we need your credit cards details to secure the booking, we do not take a deposit or any money upfront. You pay when you arrive and by a method that suits you (debit or credit card, cash, or direct deposit into our bank account). Also note that any tours you book through us (a free service) are put on your room account for you to settle up at the end of your stay.

(3) CANCELLATION POLICY
28 days before date of arrival there is no cancellation fee.
8 - 28 days from date of arrival, one night's accommodation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
1-8 days from date of arrival, we must take the full amount of the booking so please make sure you have travel insurance.

(4) HAPPINESS IS THE RIGHT ROOM TYPE
Please make sure you have chosen the right room type to suit your needs. By the Sea Port Douglas has a large range of different accommodation types, ranging from small cheaper studios, to larger studio apartments, to very large two bedroom apartments. You will find a full description of each type of room on our website, including the facilities and an a layout of each. Please take the time to read through this because we are often very full and if you decide you'd prefer a different room when you arrive, it is unlikely we will be able to move you.

Some of the rooms also have a choice of bedding configuration. Please check you have ordered what you require, otherwise the standard bedding will be provided, as advertised on our website.
