Nestled on 40 acres, our spacious fully self contained cottages are only 10 minutes from Mansfield and two hours from Melbourne. The cottages are ideally placed for you to share our lakes, rivers and Victoria's High Country.

All within 45 minutes, you can enjoy bushwalking, fishing, joy flights, Nordic and down hill skiing, white river rafting, abseilling, boating, cycling, horse and camel rides, hot air ballooning or a visit to a local historic sites or one of the many wineries.

If you want to stay in, we have a range of guest facilities, including dvd's, board games, a swimming pool, bbq area and tennis court or you can just sit on your private balcony with a good book and or magazine whilst you enjoy the spectacular views over the mountains and hills.

Payment of balance is payable upon arrival.

Cancellation fees apply to all bookings.
Cancellation within 7 days of booking 100% of total price unless relet.
Refunds incur an administration fee of $30.
No Refunds on early departure.
