We have allocated a limited number of rooms at a reduced room rate to reward early bookings. To enjoy the benefit of a lower price these rooms must be pre-paid in full at time of booking.
They are non-refundable but are transferable.
Features include, a spacious centrally heated deluxe room with double glazing, tiled ensuite, superking bed or two single beds, satellite TV, DVD/CD player, tea/coffee making facilities, shower over bath, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, alarm clock/radio, telephone, your own Juliet balcony with great views out over Queenstown Bay to the Remarkables mountain range.
These rooms will be generally less available during the high season (October/March)
Two of the ground floor rooms have a large walk-in shower stall suitable for wheelchairs instead of the shower over bath configuration. Free inroom WiFi (data caps apply)

Payment policy
Cash and all major credit cards are accepted. NZ residents may also pay via EFTPOS.
Rates Inclusions
Rates are quoted in NZ dollars and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) plus delicious cooked/continental breakfast daily, use of hotel facilities, off-street parking, complimentary broadband internet throughout the hotel, guest computer, small library/DVD's, ski/luggage storage and drying room plus booking service for restaurant and all activities.
Cancellation Policy:
Due to our size 30% of the full amount will be charged if the room is cancelled within thirty days and not on sold. Full payment will be taken if cancelled within fourteen days and not on sold. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance.
