We are a 3-1/2 Star Self Rated Environmentally friendly NO SMOKING Motel, and are located in the Upper Kiewa Valley on the Kiewa Valley Hwy just 600 Meters from the tourist centre of Tawonga South, 2 minutes from the town of Mount Beauty, 45 minutes from Falls Creek and 35 minutes from the tourist town of Bright in the Ovens Valley. The Motel is set in a garden surroundings with magnificent views of Mt Bogong
Reception open from 7.30am to 9.30pm Check in Times are 2pm to 9.30pm. Late check in by arrangement. Check out time before 10am. Late check is not available

This is a No Smoking Motel and smoking is not allowed inside or outside except at the BBQ area across the driveway from the rooms for the comfort of all our guests this is strictly enforced.

At Time of Booking 10% of the accommodation per room will be charged to your credit card this is non refundable.

If booking within 36 hrs or arrival, first nights’ accommodation will be charged.

The first nights accommodation charge will be debited to your credit card at 9.30pm on day of arrival if you have not arrived by then.

All pricing is for room only unless specificity stated in inclusions.

Full payment or credit card imprint required at check in.
If departing before 8am payment required the night before.
The room are not self-contained. No open cooking in rooms.
No Bikes or bike parts are allowed in the rooms.
You will be liable for cleaning cost caused by not obeying the above rules.
Checkout strictly by 10am. We do not offer late checkouts if you require the room after 10am you need to book and pay for an extra night.
Any extra costs incured will be charged to your credit card if payment not made at checkout.

Cancellation can be made up to 24 hours before check in. The 10% deposit is non refundable
Accommodation cannot be cancelled with in 24 hours off check in. The full accommodation charge will be debited to your credit card if you fail to arrive or cancel your accommodation.
