$50 deposit required upon booking. Full balance due upon registering for accommodation All deposits are non-refundable

All deposits to Bicheno East Coast Holiday Park are non-refundable. Bookings cancelled more than 7 days out from reserved date can be transferred to other dates with sufficient notice, but must be used within 12 months of the origional booking.Bookings cancelled on the day means the guest remains liable for the full amount. When the guest arrives to register for their accommodation the balance of all monies owing is to be paid. Keys are only handed out after full payment is made. When the guest rents a cabin, the person(s) named on the booking confirmation are liable for any damage caused to the cabin/unit. If any damage is caused to the cabin/unit the guest and/or credit card holder gives Bicheno East Coast Holiday Park owners and or management the authority to debit their credit card for the cost of any repairs. If a guest arrives at Bicheno East Coast Holiday Park and does not like the accommodation they have chosen, they will still be liable for the full balance owed. Unless it can be proven without a reasonable doubt that they did not get what was promised on the confirmation letter or depicted on the web site. In the event of a problem with any product or services booked at the property, all guests are to come to Bicheno East Coast Holiday Park. All parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions. All parties agree that Tasmanian law governs this agreement and all proceeds should be filed in a Tasmanian court. Should a proceedings be filed in a court located in any other state, all parties agree to have the proceedings moved to the closest court to the head offices of Bicheno East Coast Holiday Park.
