Terms & Conditions

A Valid Credit card is required for all bookings. Credit cards are for guarentee only, no charges will be applied until arrival as per hotels policies and procedures. The credit card that is made with the booking must be shown on arrival with photo Identification. Holders of the credit card must be present. If card holder is not present then payment can be made with an alternate credit card, eftpos or cash. No cheques are taken on check in. Full payment is required on check in plus a security bond of $100.00

Belmore All Suite Hotel has a 48 hour cancellation policy. All bookings and or changes are to be made to bookings 48 hours prior of 14:00pm of arrival, before this time there will be no fees. However if you do cancel less then 48 hours prior to arrival or failure to arrive you will be charged the first nights accommodation on your credit card. These terms and conditions are also placed and accepted at the time of booking. Bookings can be cancelled via telephone or via email.
