Just 6 kilometres outside the township of Pemberton and with views over the magnificent trees of Big Brook Forest, the chalets offer an idylic setting. Delightful cottage gardens and our cheeky blue wrens will entertain you as you relax with a glass of wine or enjoy a BBQ in your own alfresco eating area. Big Brook Cottages are the perfect spot for a romantic interlude or just a relaxing weekend. Close to the famous Bibbulmun track and with walk trails to Big Brook Dam they are also ideal for the more energetic! Stylish and luxurious décor will ensure your comfort.

Big Brook Cottages now also boasts a Bed and Breakfast facility. It is in a separate wing of the house with its own entry. It consists of two en-suite rooms, one with a spa bath, and one with a shower. Each room has a TV/DVD player, r/c air conditioning and electric blankets. Both rooms open into the guest lounge/dining area with tea and coffee making facilities, a refrigerator and another TV/DVD. A hearty continental breakfast is included in the price. (Please note there are no kitchen facilities in the B&B)

Terms & Conditions

A deposit equivalent to one nights accommodation (undiscounted) is required to confirm your booking.

Check-in is after 2pm, check-out is by 10am
unless prior arrangements are made then a charge of $20 per hour is made for each additional hour.

For cancellations made up to 14 days prior to your booking you will receive a full refund of your deposit less a $25 cancellation fee. For cancellations made with less than 14 days notice you are liable for the full amount of booking. Refunds, less the cancellation fee, will only be made if we are able to rebook the reserved dates.
