Our accommodation at Beaches Apartments Byron Bay are all fully self contained apartments, offering a prime location for holiday accommodation. Beaches Apartments is conveniently located on Shirley St, just a short stroll from Byron Bay town centre, Byron main beach, Belongil Beach,Byron Bay shops, restaurants, cafés and live entertainment.

Relax by the Beaches pool, take a dip in the nearby ocean or go for a bike ride to the beautiful Byron Bay lighthouse. Please note we cater to couples and small families and have a Very Strict No Party, No Noise Policy.

Information about Beaches Apartment

Office Hours are from Monday to Friday is 9am to 5pm, Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays 9am to 3pm. Please call if you are arriving outside of these hours so we can organise your after hours key collection procedure. PH 02 6680 9500 "The Office is Located at The Crest Apartments right next door, walk down the Crest drive way".

Check in time is 2pm and Check out time is 10am (additional charges may apply if check out is after 10am) For all early check outs, please ensure that your account is settled during office hours the day before.

Units are not daily serviced but this can be arranged at an additional charge.

All rooms are strictly non smoking, smoking is only allowed on the outside baloconys and patios. A $300 additional cleaning charge applies to any room that smells of smoke on check-out.

Whilst we attempt to satisfy all special requests, we are unable to guarantee any such requests. Upon check in, you will be allocated the most appropriate room available, taking into account any special requests you may have.

Terms & Conditions

No booking is held without a deposit. To confirm a booking a 50% deposit is required, unless travel is within 30 days then a full non refundable payment is required.

Bookings are NOT confirmed until the credit card has been processed or a direct deposit has been received by Beaches Apartments and an e-mail confirmation has been sent from info@beachesbyronbay.com.au. and the deposit amount shown on the e-mail.

As we are a family friendly property and cater to couples and young small families and have a Very Strict NO Noise and NO Party Policy we do not cater to groups of young single people unless prior approval is organised before making a booking.

Please read all details carefully.

The cardholder making this payment herein agrees that as a special condition of Beaches Apartments accepting this payment the cardholder will be required to personally register at reception on check-in and will be required to produce both the credit and charge card used as the payment authority, and an acceptable form of photographic identification. The cardholder agrees to these terms and conditions by proceeding with this payment or booking.

The payment and receipt of deposit monies to the resort will be deemed as accepting all booking terms and conditions and have been acknowledged and accepted by all persons travelling.

Full payment or balance of account is payable on check in. In addition a key/security deposit by the way of a signed credit card imprint is also required upon arrival if no credit card a $500 cash bond is required before keys will be given. The cash bond can not be paid by a savings card or debit card.

If a deposit or final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Payments accepted by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, by Direct Debit for deposits only)Prices quoted are in AUD and all payments must be made in AUD.

Credit Card Surcharge of 1.5% applies to all Visa and Mastercard Transactions

We do not accept bookings made on the same day as the arrival day without verbal confirmation via telephone.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you were to cancel outside of 30 days of arrival you will lose $100 of the deposit paid
If you were to cancel inside of 30 days of arrival you will lose 100% of the payment made
We do not allow alterations to bookings within 30 days of arrival.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking and provide a full refund if any unforseen circumstances arise.
