Terms & Conditions

A deposit of one night's accommodation is required to secure your booking. Please note that the balance of your accommodation is due 30 days prior to your arrival. The remaining balance will be debited from the credit card provided to us when making the initial reservation. Please contact us should you wish to amend your payment method.

Cancellation with greater than 30 days notice to the date of arrival - full deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of $55.
Cancellation with less than 30 days but more than 7 days notice prior to the date of arrival - 2 nights accommodation (at an average per night rate) or 50% of the booking cost, which ever is the lesser.
Cancellation within 7 days of the date of arrival - no refund.

Vouchers are non-refundable. Full payment is required at the time of booking vouchers. All vouchers are valid for a 18 month period from the date of booking. A voucher will be sent to the nominated email address, unless otherwise stipulated in the comments section. Please advise in the comments section if you wish to include any specific information on the voucher.
