Terms & Conditions

We require a credit card to secure ALL bookings.

GROUPS: A 10% deposit is required on groups or long stay bookings with balance of accommodation paid on arrival - any extra charges to be paid on check-out with the return of the unit key/s to reception

Please realise that bookings made after 6pm for the same day requirements, may not have been received at our office by the time you wish to check-in!

HOURS: 8am-8pm. Arrivals after 8pm please arrange with us for a late 'check-in'.
CANCELLATIONS: Please advise us of changes to your travel plans as soon as possible. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation, if we can not re-let your room you will be charged for one night’s accommodation. A “no show” will result in the total amount of your booking being charged. PEAK SEASON July, August, September, December, January, we require 14 days notice of cancellation. Cancellations within this notice period will incur the full accommodation cost.
