Terms and Conditions
1. Your Contract with Us .A binding contract between you and this hotel comes into existence when your booking is confirmed, this comes into effect when a reservation has been made and all or partial payment has been made to the hotel. It is only then that a contract exists between you and this hotel. If at any stage prior to your reservation you wish to make changes, reception must be notified, if reception is not notified of your desired changes prior to check in penalties may occur.
2. Booking Terms and Conditions.

2.1. Standard check-in time is 2pm.
2.2. Standard check-out time is 10am.
2.3. For guaranteed arrival prior to 2pm, a room must be reserved from the previous night and therefore includes an additional nightly charge.
2.4. Late check out up to 12 noon is at the discretion of the hotel manager and must be requested the night before check out. Late check out after 12 noon may incur additional charges.
2.5. Extensions will require a new reservation for the additional date(s), subject to availability and prevailing rates.
2.6. All reservations are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of the booking.
2.7. Rates are inclusive of GST where applicable.
2.8. For security purposes reservations can not be made at this hotel without a valid credit card.
2.9. 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking. The remainder will be processed on the day of your arrival from the given credit card.

3. Cancellation Policy.

3.1. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check in date and time to avoid any penalties. If any cancellations or changes are made after the 48hrs the amount of the first changed or canceled night will be charged.
3.2. If you wish to depart early or you cancel or fail to honor this reservation for any reason, we will endeavor to help your situation; however any credits or refunds is at the discretion of the hotel manager.
3.3. If you wish to change any part of your booking arrangements after making your reservation, you must inform reception as soon as possible. Whilst we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet your requested change. Where we can meet a request, all changes will be subject to any applicable rate changes or extra costs incurred. Where we are unable to assist you and you do not wish to proceed with the original booking we will treat this as a cancellation by you. A cancellation fee may be payable.
3.4. If a deposit or final payment is not received by the due date, Alexandra’s will assume it is an unconfirmed reservation, therefore reserves the right to cancel the booking.

4. Refund Policy.

4.1. No shows and cancellations after check in - will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
4.2. If after arrival clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation & decide to terminate their stay, the amount to be refunded, if any is at the discretion of the property management.

5. Hotel Policy.

5.1. All guests staying at this hotel are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly and acceptable manner and not to disrupt the enjoyment of other guests. If in our opinion or in the opinion of any hotel manager or any other person in authority, your behavior or that of any member of your party is causing or is likely to cause distress, danger or annoyance to any of our other guests or any third party or damage to property, we reserve the right to terminate your booking arrangements with us immediately. You are not permitted to exceed any noise levels, which, in the opinion of the Hotel, may disturb other guests of the Hotel or disrupt the normal operations of the Hotel.
5.2. Guest/s are liable and will be charged accordingly for any damages caused while staying at this hotel. This includes stolen goods, smoking on premises and cleaning charges.
5.3. Alexandra's reserves the right to place a Credit Card pre-authorisation on guests cards without notification to cover incidental items including, mini bar,breakages/damages and excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state. Please note, once a pre-authorization has been placed on your card the pre-authorized amount is set a side by the credit card company for a period of up to 9 days. For more information on this practice we suggest the cardholder contact their card issuer.
5.4. This hotel has a no pet policy. If any guest is found to have a pet on the premises they will incur an additional charge
5.5. This hotel has a non smoking policy. If any guest is found to have smoked in or around the hotel they will incur an additional charge.

6. Room Allocation.

6.1. In the unlikely event of a situation whereby Alexandra’s cannot provide accommodation as previously confirmed, for whatever reason, Alexandra’s will undertake to relocate clients into an alternative hotel of equal grading at no expense to the client. Should there not be a hotel of equal grading in the vicinity of the original booking, it may be required to provide clients with a hotel of a lesser grading. If this is the case, any reduction in costs will be refunded to the client.
6.2. The alternatives offered are at the hotel manager’s discretion. Should the client wish to choose a property of a standard other than that offered under this condition, then the client will be required to pay any difference in price between the hotels recommended property and their own choice of property.
6.3. Whilst we attempt to satisfy all special requests, we are unable to provide a guarantee.
