Terms & Conditions

Credit card details are taken at the time of booking as security & will be used if you cancel the booking according to our cancellation policy (refer below). Payment is collected at check-in preferably by cash or eftpos. Credit card is available however there is a 4% surcharge applicable to cover bank fees.


Whilst we understand unexpected things can happen. To avoid unforseen circumstances we recommend travel insurance. Cancellations or changes to bookings for your room must be made at least 7 days prior to the check in date and time of 2pm or you will be charged the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night. Should cancellation be due to bad weather the above policy stands, natural weather occurrances are sadly beyond our control, we highly recommend travel insurance.
