Terms & Conditions
Bookings must be either paid in full or deposit taken to secure the room.
Reception is open from 8am and 7pm daily - no problem with checking in after 7pm but please contact us to arrange after hours access.
Please notify the hostel immediately if you need to cancel your booking.
All cancellations will be charged an administration fee of $20 and if less than 48 hours notice is given, loss of deposit and a cancellation fee equivalent to one overnight will be charged.
"No shows" will be charged full booked price.
Bookings over special events (i.e. Clipsal, WOMAD, Christmas/New Years etc) will not be refunded regardless of notice, if unsure please contact Reception before booking.
