All guests who make a booking on the Aarons Hotel website will be required to make full payment upon check-In. Credit card details are required only to guarantee reservation.

A credit card pre-authorisation is also required to cover any inncidentals. In instances where a credit card is not available, a $100 cash bond is required subject to a room check before refunding upon check-out.

A credit card pre-authorisation is a freeze placed on your account by your financial institution and is not a debit to the account. Upon checkout any outstanding balance owed will be confirmed & debited to the card provided. If the balance is zero the full amount will release back to your account within the next 5-7 working days from your financial institution.

Please note that if payment is made via credit card Aarons Hotel unfortunately has to forward the merchant fee of 1.5% transaction onto the customer

Check-in is from 2pm. Check-out is 10am unless otherwise stated in booking.

Cancellations 24 hours prior to arrival or no shows will incur a maximum of 1 night cancellation fee

Please book carefully as NO cancelations will be accepted after December 1st and NO refunds will be given for bookings from the 28th Dec – 4 Jan .
Credit Card details will be charged directly upon receipt of booking for the FULL amount of your accommodation charges.
