Reservation Payments
Bookings 1 week or less:
1 night booking to be held as deposit.
Final Payment is due on arrival via cash, credit card or direct credit. (please contact office for Bank details)

Bookings of 1 - 4 weeks:
1 night per week booked to be held as deposit.
Final payment is due on arrival via cash, credit card or direct credit.

Bookings of 4 weeks plus:
2 weeks be held as deposit.
Final payment is due on arrival via cash, credit card or direct credit.

Arrival & Departure Times
Check in time is 2pm
IF ARRIVING OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS OR OFFICE IS CLOSED PLEASE COLLECT KEYS IN MARKED ENVELOPE IN 1H MAILBOX BESIDE FRONT DOOR OF WEST FITZROY APTS. IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEM PLEASE PHONE THE NIGHT MANAGER ON 021 942 577.
Check out time is 10am
There may be a nominal charge for late check outs. Please arrange with reception.
Please ensure your apartment is left tidy. Please return your keys to the office or leave in the key box beside office door in departing outside business hours. Any unreturned keys and remotes will be charged for.

General information:
Please note payments via credit card incur a small service charge.
All rates are quoted in NZD
Upon arrivial all guests are required to sign our standard registration form
All Apartments at the West Fitzroy are non smoking (You may however smoke on balconies or in courtyards ensuring apartment doors are firmly closed)
Your apartment will be cleaned ready for your arrival but is self catering and will not be serviced during your stay unless you make other arrangements with us. (Additional fees apply).

Your apartment has a ful kitchen incl dishwasher,laundry facilities and cleaning amenities for your comfort.
The apartment will have an initial small complimentary supply of dishwash liquid, washing powder, soap, along with tea, coffee and sugar.

Indemnity:
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or ommissions and reserve the right to vary amend or cancel any of the information at any time.
The person making the reservations will indemnify the Apartment owner against all costs incurred and losses suffered by the owner including costs of solicitors resulting from the acts or ommission of the person making the reservation, the guest booked or their guests.

Cancellation Policy

Minimum 48 hours notice for bookings less than 7 nights. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING.
Cancellations or changes to nightly bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check in date. If notification of cancellation is not received by the registered check out time the day following or reservation is a no show, Guest will be charged the full amount of the first night booked. This will be charged to the credit card details given at time of booking or deducted from any deposit held..

Bookings over 1 week, require a minimum of 1 week's notice prior to arrival date and will incurr loss of deposit.
