Salerno on the Beach

Situated on absolute Marcoola Beach frontage, Salerno on the Beach is a prestige resort comprising 32 fully self-contained apartments. Located about 5 minutes north of Maroochydore and about 5 minutes south of Coolum, Marcoola is a little slice of paradise on Queensland's Sunshine Coast.

All of our self-contained apartments have large balconies, fully equipped kitchens and laundries. Each apartment has cable television, DVD palyer and wireless broadband coverage. There is lift access to all floors (easy flat wheelchair friendly) and undercover security parking.

Children can explore the playground, or have a dip in the solar heated pool, while you watch on from the undercover gazebo. You may choose to cook a BBQ, dine in one of the local restaurants, enjoy the atmosphere of the clubs or simply relax in your unit while planning the next days adventure.

For golf, we are centrally located between the Novotel Twin Waters course and the Hyatt Regency course and of course many more within half an hours drive. There are fishing, boating, cruising options available, or a small drive to the famous Eumundi Markets or the world renown Fraser Island.

A deposit of $100 is payable at time of booking and can be made by cash,cheque,eftpos or credit card.
Charges must be paid by cash,cheque,eftpos or credit card before occupancy commences unless special prior arrangements have been made.

HIGH SEASON:
Bookings cancelled 28 days prior to arrival: Full refund less an
administration fee of $50.00.
Bookings cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival: No refund unless the apartment is re-let for total period of original booking.
Administration fee of $50.00 applies.

LOW SEASON:
Bookings cancelled 14 days prior to arrival: Full refund less an administration fee of $50.00
Bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival: No refund unless apartment is re-let for total period of original booking.
Administration fee of $50.00 applies.

In the event of the guest desiring to cancel the booking, a refund of the deposit, less an administration fee, will only be made if more than 28 days notice is given in high season or 14 days notice at other times.There is no refund for early departure.
