1. A $100 deposit per room is non-refundable on any cancelled bookings.

2. If the tariff is paid in full on booking, it is totally refundable for bookings cancelled 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date will incur a $100 cancellation fee per room.

3. Any extra charges incurred during your stay must be paid on check out. Any charges not billed at the time of departure will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account.

4. A further charge will be made for additional persons using the room(s) booked.

5. You are liable for the cost of any loss or damage to the room or equipment therein during your stay.

6. The Retreat will take all necessary care but accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to guests’ property prior to, during or after their stay/event.
