Terms & Conditions
We will charge the first night to your credit card at the time of booking. The balance is due at check in.
For Xmas & New Year there is a 10 night minimum stay from 23rd December. 10% non-refundable deposit is charged at the time of booking. A further 40% (non-refundable) will be charged to the credit card on 1st December. If funds are not available on 1st December, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Minimum 48 hours notice via e-mail is required for cancellations or change of arrival date. With adequate notice given, your deposit will be refunded minus a 10% cancellation fee. e.g $30 deposit will result in a refund of $27.
