Terms & Conditions

A deposit of 25% of the total booking value is required to secure the reservation.
Reservation made within 7 days of arrival will be charged in full at time of booking.

We accept Visa Mastercard, Eftpos or direct transfer into our bank account (details on request)

All reservations are subject to availability.

We are a small establishment and as such cancellations affect us greatly.

The deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made in writing, 30 days or more prior to arrival.
The deposit is non refundable if the cancellation is made within 30 days prior to arrival.
If the cancellation is made within 7 days prior to arrival, we will charge the full cost of the total booking.
In the event of no show guest we will charge the full cost of the total booking.

If we are able to resell the booking then we will refund the cost of the booking less the cancellation fee.
Guests are recommended to have adequate travel insurance to cover cancellation charges.
